One day my nephew came to me and asked if I would read the series he was working on and make any corrections or suggestions that I felt may be necessary. I discovered while editing his work that I was becoming addicted to helping make stories more enjoyable. The more editing I did the more convinced I was that I wanted to help others in their writing journey.

 

I took a course in Proofreading and Editing and have continued to better my skills through the years. I am constantly searching for webinars and courses to help me learn more about the art of editing.

My goal is to be able to help others so people can enjoy what they are reading without having to "read between the errors."
